Bookings & payment
During preview season, online requests are confirmed personally by the MOVA Fitness team, and payment is arranged at confirmation. A booking is final only once we confirm it.
Cancellations & weather
You can cancel or transfer a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before a session. MOVA may move, reschedule or cancel sessions for weather, safety or venue reasons — in that case you choose a transfer or a full refund.
Health & participation
MOVA sessions involve physical activity and you take part at your own discretion. Check with a doctor if you have a medical condition, follow your coach's guidance, and tell the coach about injuries before the session starts. Minimum age is 16 unless a session states otherwise.
Venues
Sessions take place at third-party venues; their house rules apply alongside these terms. Exact meeting details are shared with your booking confirmation.
Photography
Some sessions are photographed for MOVA's community and marketing. Tell your MOVA host if you prefer not to appear — always respected, no questions asked.
