What we collect
When you request a booking, join a waitlist, sign up for updates or submit an enquiry or application, MOVA Fitness collects the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number and the content of your request.
How we use it
To manage bookings and waitlists, respond to enquiries, assess coach and venue applications, and — only if you opt in — send you updates about upcoming MOVA experiences. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics
We measure how the website is used in aggregate (pages viewed, buttons clicked) to improve the experience. We avoid invasive tracking and do not build advertising profiles.
Storage & sharing
Submissions are processed through MOVA's operational systems and shared only with the people needed to deliver your request (for example, the coach running your session).

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from updates, at any time: hello@mova.khamis.tech.
